1. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 will be charged on orders placed through Pricehub.pk.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Any special delivery charges, if applicable to a particular product or location, will be clearly communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

2. Delivery Across Pakistan

Pricehub.pk aims to deliver mobile phones and accessories across Pakistan through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and the product ordered.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, product availability, and courier service.

Major cities may receive orders sooner, while delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier delays

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• High order volumes

• Unforeseen circumstances

4. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful order confirmation and verification.

Processing time may vary depending on:

• Product availability

• Payment verification

• Customer information verification

Orders may be delayed if additional information or verification is required.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details associated with your order.

You can use the provided tracking information to monitor your shipment through the relevant courier service.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Full name

• Phone number

• House/Building number

• Street/Area

• City

• Any other relevant delivery instructions

Pricehub.pk is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer cannot be contacted, the courier may make another delivery attempt according to its standard procedures.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or customer-related delivery failure.

8. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer must pay the complete order amount, including the applicable PKR 300 shipping charge, to the courier representative upon delivery.

Customers should keep the required payment amount ready to avoid delivery delays.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged when delivered, please inspect it carefully and contact Pricehub.pk as soon as possible.

We recommend taking clear photographs and/or recording an unboxing video showing the package and product.

Please keep the original packaging until your issue has been resolved.

10. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or discover that an item/accessory is missing from your order, please contact us within the applicable return/exchange period.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs and/or videos where necessary so our team can investigate the issue.

11. Delivery Delays

Although we work with reliable courier partners, Pricehub.pk cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Public holidays

• Road closures

• Courier operational issues

• Security restrictions

• Unexpected events

12. Product Availability

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Pricehub.pk may contact the customer to offer an alternative solution.

Depending on the circumstances, the customer may choose to wait for availability, select an alternative product, or request cancellation where applicable.

13. Shipping Confirmation

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the relevant courier or delivery partner.

Customers may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
